The time was approximately 3:15 pm. It was NOT a rush hour and the store was practically empty. I did not want to go inside because of the pandemic, but do you think anyone answered the phone after TWENTY rings? There were also two managers present. No cashier was readily available either. He was talking with line staff and could not see me waiting.
