Update by user Jul 04, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jun 04, 2021 Back in Feb. my bike broke. After nearly 3 months they could not get me the parts to repair it. At this point they turned it over to reconciliation and gave me a refund for $436.98.
