I am currently having a horrible experience with this company, I bought the TaoTao 300 ATV from them 8 weeks ago today. The speed odometer stopped working the first day so I had to take it back and they fixed it. The second week the machine was stuck in gear and the gear shifter broke. When i went to the shop I was told " its a Chinese bike" you have to be careful with it. He said it as if it was a cheaper quality, and I personally did nothing out of the ordinary even on a flat surface. 3 weeks now they still have my ATV stating they are still waiting on a part. They will not refund me or give me another Bike. My ATV currently has only 8.9 miles on it and less than 3 hours of driving. I hesitated buying a off brand ATV from the start and both times I went back for service other buyers were all complaining about associated repairs and was forced to leave their bikes.
