Update by user Jul 12, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jul 12, 2021 I ordered over $50 of items from old navy which qualified for free shipping. Then one item was mysteriously shipped separately and a 7.00 shipping fee was added to the order. Even with that item removed from my order, the $50 threshold was still valid. Scam scam scam. Oh and where is the customer servicecenail we are told to contact? Nowhere to be found! Maybe lost in shipment???? User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
