Update by user Feb 19, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Feb 19, 2021 Hello, everything is fine, I ordered Superbowl LV merchandise and paid extra in shipping, I did not receive it on time, so the NFL shop cs rep was very kind to refund my money with no problems. User's recommendation: ofcourse.
