Update by user Feb 03, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. A woman named Roberta help resolve my issue. I will call it the 4 R! Roberta, Refunded the account, Resolved the problem and gave me the Respect that I deserve! She listened and I appreciate that. I will order again but before I do I want to see who is shipping the items. Thank You to this site. I got to blow off some steam and solve the problem. Good Luck to everyone else. Thank You again. The customer service rep could take the time and tell you that your returned items are sitting in a warehouse and maybe it will get delivered back. Never use prepaid postage return label again.
