Update by user Aug 05, 2019 I apologize I wrote Tire Plus in my review in error this is Discount Tire not Tire Plus Original review posted by user Aug 05, 2019 I purchased 3 tires in April2019 and was told I would receive a $50 rebate check within 7-10 days. I contacted Tire Plus spoke to Vanessa P who stated the rebate was mailed on 5/5/19 so I should wait 30 days. First off... if something is mailed out it wouldn't take 30 days to receive. I contacted Tire Plus again on 6/21/19 spoke to Cynthia M who reassured me my $50 rebate card was mailed out on May 5th, but said she would reissue the card and provided me with a replacement#. She said I would receive within 7-10 business days. On 7/12/19 I contacted Tire Plus again as I still had not received the rebate card. I spoke with Kelsey L who again insist the card was mailed to my home, but said she would reissue the card. She provided a new replacement # and said I would receive within 7-10 business days. As of August I still hadn't received the card. I contacted Tire plus again today (8/5/19) and was again reassured the card was mailed to my home and tried to blame my post office for not receiving. She said she way going to reissue a new card and advised to wait 7-10 business days. Every time I've contacted Tire Plus I've confirmed my address. I had no problem receiving the bill in the mail for the services I received days after the service was provided, however I have to contact Tire Plus every month to ask for a rebate that was owed to me for them just to tell me a card will be reissued and to wait 7-10 days. I get all my mail no issues. It's not possible that they've mailed 5 rebate cards and I didn't receive any one of them. Don't fall for their rebate SCAM!!
