Update by user Oct 16, 2020 I will get a full refund if I pay for return shipping so I guess they will get away with screwing the consumers once again I refuse to pay shipping on a product TWICE not going to happen so I guess I am out 20 dollars of my hard earned money and they get away with *** poor service and substituting crap products for what they offered I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND EVERY CHANCE I GET I WILL MAKE SURE THEY GET A HORRIBLE REVIEW IF I HAD MY WAY THEY WOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS SO THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SCREW OVER THE PUBLIC AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Original review posted by user Sep 16, 2020 I ORDERED A POP UP WINDOW SHADE THAT GOES INSIDE THE WINDSHIELD FOR MY CAR AND WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED IT, IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED. WHAT THEY SENT WAS A CHEAP PLASTIC SHEET THAT WAS COVERED IN A FOIL LIKE MATERIAL THAT ATTACHES TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINDSHIELD ONE GOOD WINDSTORM AND IT WILL TEAR AND WHAT THEY SENT WILL TAKE 2 PEOPLE TO ATTACH IT. NOW THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY FULL PURCHASE PRICE AND SEND A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL THEY WANT ME TO TAKE A 50% REFUND KEEP THE CHEAP SUBSTITUTE AND BE HAPPY BUT IM NOT I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK AND A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WHICH THEY WONT DO. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
