Resolved: rude service.

Update by user Jun 15, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. As it was a challenge to find a way to submit a complaint on Costco's website, I didn't expect a response but did get one rather quickly in the form of an email then with a follow up phone call the next day. That person offered a sincere apology I felt was very suitable for the situation. Kudos to them.. Original review posted by user Jun 14, 2021 The guy at the Blair road store for propane refills is rude with zero customer facing skills. Costco should spend few dollars to give him some training so he does a better job and enjoys his job. They should also spend 50 cents to put up a sign the explains what the process is, so you don't have get treated like you're stupid by the *** noted above, Tell the guy he's an *** and watch him get even worse.
