Update by user Jul 12, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user Jul 12, 2021 They have issued refund. Original review posted by user Jun 12, 2021 I ordered pants over 2 months ago. After one month, sent an email asking where the pants were. They responded: "they are on backorder". One more month passes, I reach out again asking where the pants were. He tells me they had to cancel the order due to lack of stock. And asks if I would like a store credit or a refund. What?? Refund me when you cancel! They still have not refunded my card. I am very sad as this was the only place we could order the zephyr pants. If they do not refund, I will have to go through my credit card company. Very very unfortunate
