Resolved: Order not shipped after 8 days
Update by user Aug 01, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I also filed a complaint with the BBB but the issue was resolved after the PissedConsumer complaint with a full refund. They subsequently sent me a package of Prettylitter that I will try.. Original review posted by user Jun 30, 2021 Called 4 times, sent 3 text messages, sent 4 messages, tried live chat with no response. Finally got a text telling me they're overwhelmed with orders and might send my order out in a couple of days. Doesn't seem like a very good way to run a business. User's recommendation: Wait to order until they have their act together.
