However, the recent addition of an ad for Resident Evil Village is extremely offensive and disturbing. It is promoting graphic violence and contributes to the normalization of violence. I want to turn off Spotify everytime it comes on and I am a user who does listen to your ads. This advertisement is not in line with your other positive promotions. Please consider removing it and fighting the good fight, not contributing to the degradation of our society. Repectfully, Kathryn Parr
