Resolved: Not honoring it’s 30% refund

Update by user Apr 26, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. TaxAct sent me a 30% refund of $124.00 which is $37.42. Which is what they said in a Facebook message said they would send me.. Update by user Apr 14, 2021 I only got $811.00 deposited into my bank account after republic bank took out Taxact fees, etc. Original review updated by user Apr 14, 2021 I filed a tax 2020 refund with TaxAct January 30, 2021.
