Update by user Jul 24, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I filed official complaints online with the Better Business Bureau & the Federal Trade Commission as well as posted details about the difficulties I had with shoes.com on several online consumer complaint websites.Shoes.com did not respond to the 1st notice from the BBB, so I was asked to provide additional information. Within 3 days of filing this 2nd complaint, shoes.com notified me that a refund had finally been issued to me. (It took over a month to get this matter resolved.). Update by user Jul 24, 2021 On June 28, 2021, the Better Business Bureau emailed me regarding my complaint about shoes.com.In this email, I was informed that shoes.com did not respond to the BBB's notice regarding the non-issuance of a refund for the unworn pair of sandals I had shipped back to...
