Update by user Jul 03, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I had to call the phone number for a refund. The company didn’t reach out. Original review posted by user Jun 03, 2021 I ordered at the end of January and never received my item! I never heard back after multiple customer service requests. User's recommendation: Avoid Banggood.
