Update by user Mar 24, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. After contacting my employer, and having them contact Payoneer, everything was resolved within hours.. Last Thursday, when I contacted Customer Care, I was told that my case would be sent to the Account Management and that I would be notified within 24 hours. That hasn't happened. This sucks!
