Update by user Apr 05, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Apr 05, 2021 Pissed recommended I call them to resolve my issue. I did and after pointing out that I had initially given them a favourable rating and I saying that I was not aware at the time the consultation would be charged and also that soon after, I found their answer of no use, they agreed to proceed to refund my money for the high consultation fee charged. So, assuming the refund comes through, I do not now have a complaint against Justanswer. But, I think it may help if they clarify their charging policy.B
