Update by user Apr 25, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Apr 25, 2021 I know that McAfee overcharge for autorenewal so I searched around and found an offer on the McAfee site of £24.99 for renewal. I clicked on it and found I had actually paid £49.99 as it automatically renewed for 2 years. Ironically the down load comes with the heading. 'Thank you for trusting McAfee'. The one good thing was the cancellation was relatively quick and simple. Back to Norton! User's recommendation: Beware McAfee marketing offers.
