Update by user Mar 31, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Kraft foods did not resolve the issue. I had to go to Kuerig to get it resolved. Which they did by replacing the pods.. Original review posted by user Mar 01, 2021 I have purchased a box of these K-cups and have a problem with them. Every time I use one, coffee grounds end up in the coffee cup. This does not happen when I use other brands. Please respond with the cause and solution. Thanks Ed Butler
