Update by user May 06, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They were able to restore my old data with information on my in app purchases with my Google email that I used.. Update by user May 06, 2021 The problem concerning my old data has been solved. They couldn't find any data within my old name but they found it with my Google account email that I used for purchasing items. Original review posted by user May 03, 2021 I've played the My Little Pony game for years. I get a new phone and lost all my data. Customer service haven't got back with me after I told them the new friend code and the old name of my old data since I didn't have the old friend code. I've spent lots of money and a lot of time on the game for new characters from buying gems, the characters themselves, and those earned from events and now they are all gone. I could at least get some gems or some characters and maybe levels up from what I had, but no response and I no longer have the game since I uninstalled it. Picture is of what my data is now. Lost everything. User's recommendation: Don't waste time with any game from this company. They don't have proper backup for any of their games.
