Resolved: Lack of response from The Family Handyman

Update by user May 11, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Original review posted by user May 11, 2021 I have sent notice to cancel my sub and send me a return label to return a book I do not want. All I get is more billing. I am not able to reach customer service for The Family Handyman.
