Update by user Apr 11, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user Apr 11, 2021 I finally got my refund but it took over a week to do it I just lost my brother i didn't need the added stress from those people and I will never go thru them again Original review posted by user Apr 10, 2021 I reserved a room up in casa grande because my little brother was dying and my car broke down I called them and canceled my reservation and they put me down as a no show and refused to give me a refund they finally decided to refund me and I still have not received my refund Don't book with them User's recommendation: Don't book a room with them.
