Update by user Mar 20, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Logmein, the owners of Lastpass resolved by refunding to the original offered price. They were very responsive, once I was able to find the correct link to report my frustation. I am very satisfied with LastPass and Logmein with their responce.. Update by user Feb 19, 2021 Waiting for credit Original review posted by user Feb 18, 2021 I was offered an Upgrade from LastPass Free to LastPass Premium for a 25% Discount. When I set-up Auto-Renew, the Discount was not there? Then when I tried to upgrade to LastPass Families, it wants to bill me $288.00 for one year? User's recommendation: Check your pricng.
