Resolved: Incorrect Item Shipped and Abominable Customer Service

Update by user Jul 30, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I finally got a hold of a customer service representative by calling the spanish speaking line, only to find out that the item I purchased was out of stock, and instead of cancelling that portion of the order (as had happened already other products), they sent me a completely different product. Once I got a person on the line I was issued a refund, but this was unspeakably obnoxious to deal with and should not have happened in the first place..
