Resolved: I was auto renewed prior to plan expiration.

Update by user Dec 06, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They immediately re-credited my charges and reset my account expiration date to as it had been previously. Perfect response!. Original review posted by user Nov 06, 2020 Kostadin was extremely helpful in rectifying my situation. Our hosting plan was approaching expiration, and I had not been able to locate the Auto-Renew option to avoid an early renewal while my management team was evaluating options and alternatives to continuing our hosting plan with SiteGround. He reset the expiration date to the original time-frame and arranged a refund in the interim while I am still waiting for a decision from my management team.....a perfect solution to easily resolve the immediate need! User's recommendation: SiteGround customer service is superb!
