Update by user Mar 22, 2021 Bluebird has two sides: customer service side and the fraud side - they do not talk to each other and no matter how they try and fix an issue on the customer service side, the other side sees it as if someone is tampering with your account and they lock the entire account down. Once the account is locked down, they don't put a note in your account so everyone can see it because they don't use the same system. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
