Update by user Mar 17, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Mar 12, 2021 Bought a tv and straight out of the box it had two bubbles on the screen and was super laggy. I called and jumped through all the hoops and sending of pictures just to have them decide they'll be happy to expose me to covid and send a stranger into my home to determine if I'm lying and it's a cracked screen. I have never seen such *** products or greedy swindlers. Instead of sending me a tv, you'll just kill me. Thanks but no thanks TCL! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM TCL! BUY LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE!!
