Viking was offering free single supplement in June when we booked and was still offering it until 8/16/2021 when we were trying to cancel him. We were prepared to lose a credit voucher and the cost of his insurance assuming the insurance would pick up the remainder. Not only is Viking refusing to give me the single supplement, they added. His cost to mine so he can't file an insurance claim. If I cancel too, we both lose our vouchers and I miss my trip. How can this be rectified?
