Visited DISCOUNT TIRE today was greeted at the door by Craig R Wall. lLocation: 1719 W Jefferson Joliet Il. I had a rim that was bent..do to hitting a pot hole. He said he would attempt bending back to near perfect but with no guaranties. He did a GREAT JOB. What he didn't do was to try and sell me a new rim...He did present the option to me but because the seal was not broken I took a chance. I waited for the repair. He quoted me one and half hours and got me out in 45 minutes. I also listened to how other customers were being handled...Excellent Job! to all. Professional all the way. I did not hear any hard sell. Last but not least...NO CHARGE TO ME.. i DID OFFER TO PAY HIM SOMETHING FOR HIS TIME AND SERVICE BUT HE REFUSED. In the future if I have tire needs I'LL BE BACK! User's recommendation: Give them try.
