Resolved: Failing to Deliver the Parcel and Seller Rejected to Refund

Update by user Aug 10, 2021 I managed to get the contact for the courier guy with the help of another courier guy that happened to deliver parcels to my place today evening.I managed to find parcels after contacting the courier guy, Danial and he apologized for inconvenience caused.. Original review posted by user Aug 10, 2021 To whom it may concern, I would like to complain regarding failing of delivery for my parcels and no action was taken by Lazada or the seller rejected to refund: Order No.: 294959****0740 and 293110****00740 Courier company: LEX My Courier guy: Muhammad Danial Sudirman Sigit Reasons: (1) Never received the parcels (2) Proof (photo) showed not my place (3) Never received any calls or message from the courier guy (4) Seller rejected due to insufficient proof but never inform what proof they required (5) Cannot reach or contact Lazada via app (6) This is second time I didn't receive the parcel from the same courier guy. Never happened for previous orders. (7) Requested Lazada to investigate immediately but no action was taken
