Resolved: Failed to deliver gift on date promised, for which I paid extra.

Update by user Feb 10, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user Feb 10, 2021 Turns out that, although I ordered on the Harry & David website and the order confirmation came from them, the order was routed to a subsidiary company, Cheryl's Cookies. After a couple of conversations, Cheryl's Cookies has agreed to refund the full amount. Original review posted by user Feb 10, 2021 I ordered a Valentine's Day gift online and, when asked if I wanted the gift delivered on a specific day, I clicked "Yes". They notified me that this would require and increase in the shipping charges, which I accepted. On the date the gift was to be delivered, I chanced to track the package and found out that not only was it not to be delivered on the date promised (February 10), but would not be delivered until the DAY FOLLOWING VALENTINE'S DAY. User's recommendation: Buy elsewhere.
