Update by user May 24, 2020 eliminated the minimum payment for a couple of months. this will help me out financially. Original review posted by user Apr 24, 2020 I have tried multiple times to get my minimum payment reduced as I was laid off from my job. After several tries I received an email saying I was too late for this payment period. nothing about synchrony will change the amount the next period. I will never do business with this company anymore and I hope others will read this. User's recommendation: stay away from Synchrony.
