Update by user Dec 08, 2018 Phoned customer service & talked to a person. They admitted it was their mistake & offered me a generous deduction & free shipping on another doll. We placed an order for another doll. Will see how the shipping goes this time. Original review posted by user Dec 08, 2018 Paradise Galleries accepted payment for a Fox Trot doll, confirmed the order, provided a shipping confirmation with shipping tracking number & even sent an email that the doll was delivered to our address. We never received the doll so I contacted the company. I was told the doll was never shipped because they overestimated the inventory they had to sell. The doll was a birthday present for my granddaughter. This ruined her birthday. I asked for contact information for the President of the Company & was denied the info.
