Update by user Mar 07, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Bloomex sent me an apology email, stating that they would like to rectify this and send me another bouquet. They arrived in perfect condition and beautiful.. Original review posted by user Feb 03, 2021 Today I received a box of dead and mouldy flowers from Bloomex Australia. I was so disappointed that I phoned them up at 10.54am today, immediately after picking them up from the P.O. to complain and to give them a chance for them to rectify the problem. I sent them pictures and also complained on their chat service, but all to no avail. Still waiting for the manager to phone me. I suggest if you want to send beautiful flowers to your loved ones, KEEP AWAY FROM BLOOMEX, what a disgraceful company, sending dead mouldy flowers. User's recommendation: Keep away from Bloomex.
