I tried calling your CUSTOMER SERVICE number (800) 392 ****, FOUR TIMES, first I got as far as waiting for a ?person? and it hung up, second could not get anywhere as with the third and fourth. I am TOTALLY AGAINST THAT AUTOMATED SYSTEM, IT IS HARD TO FIGUROUT WHICH ONE OF THOSE ARE FOR (PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER). User's recommendation: Watch your product for defects. First time it has happen for me.
