Update by user Mar 19, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Tried to persuade me to stay and speak to a technician but I had had enough. Just wanted my account closing which after 40 minutes they confirmed they had and THEY said they would also give me a full refund, which in hindsight they had to as I had only used the product for 5 days..
