Resolved: Charged my account without authorization

Update by user Jun 21, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. Original review posted by user May 22, 2021 I received several requests to renew my subscription and decided not to do so, but found that my account was charged without my authorization. I want to insure that this never occurs again. If I wanted to renew, I could have at a lower price. User's recommendation: Do not give out any card information to this company!
