Update by user May 24, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Carvana was able to track down the issue with my payment and appropriately paid off the existing loan on the vehicle I sold to them. It took hours of waiting on calls but it was finally resolved.. Update by user Apr 24, 2021 drove to the dealership and was told there was nothing they could do. They gave me the same customer service number that I've been calling with no success.
