Update by user Jul 15, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Their policy is not to refund!!!persistance won the day. Also continued the membership as though nothing happened and welcomed me back a couple days after the cancellation recognized by them!! Also no tel # to talk with cust service to resolve issue There is no telephone # tuld find to get to a re real reareal User's recommendation: Customer service as only messages sucks so do not auto renew with this or other sites.
