Resolved: Called Customer support and can’t understand tech broken English.

Update by user May 26, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Original review posted by user May 16, 2019 I tried registering product on the website. The questions were stupid and redundant. I answered them but was rejected. Next I called a tech and couldn't understand her broken and halting style of speaking her version of English. No help. After watching setup videos I hooked up but didn't get the setup wizard to work. It wouldn't show a keyboard for me to add email or put in a password. I think I was sold a used piece of equipment with no instruction booklet. I couldn't get it to load up on my acer laptop. The cameras are working but I have no idea how to set up recording or anything else. What a joke. I have been messing with this for 2 days now and I'm so pissed I want to fly to Anaheim and kick some *** What a RIPPOFF. Don't buy any Products from these Commies.
