Resolved: Beware of this company
Update by user Aug 03, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Original review posted by user Aug 03, 2021 I wasn't listened to correctly, they went ahead against my instructions (even though they never actually represented me) and I'm now in the worst financial situation I've ever been in. It's taken almost a year to get this sorted, 5 phone calls later with no help, it took a complaint letter addressed to the Australian Consumer Commission before I was assisted. A couple of staff there did help me in the end, the most were rude and unhelpful
