Resolved: Balances always wrong

1

Update by user Aug 05, 2019 Response was received by the bank after few weeks of fighting them. They agree to refund me my money for the last few months not $627.00 as requested but $275.00. which I guess is better than nothing. The information like formal letter that was sent was total BS. They claimed to have record of phone calls that never took place. That I laughed about. Claims from the calls that I accept the offer of overdrawn my account and no refunds but has a courtesy bank manager assisted me which was a total lie I never spoke to anybody from the bank other than customer service not the branch manager or higher up document letter. At this point I got my refund which I was entitled to and will no longer do banking with the company once all my finances are situated. Again for them to send a formal letter from the complaint stating I someone from FNB spoke to me and I agreed to settle, NEVER happened. Original review posted by user Jul 05, 2019 For the last 6 months my account balances have never been the accurate amounts. I have been charged overdraft fees, and told it's my fault. How can this be my fault when I'm told a certain amount of money is in the account which I spent and overdrawn my account. 9x since 12/2018. Branch said seek help from C.S., who pushes me to tech support, who said i need to review with Branch. I just want all my money I've paid into my account, all the fees they have abused out of me.
