Update by user Feb 17, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Once they found out I was reporting them as predators for elderly and automatice renewals are force on cards that are closed, they told me they would refund the money in a matter of days, we will see if that comes true or not.. Original review posted by user Feb 16, 2021 Mom entered into memory care two years ago, about the time she signed up with Jacquie Lawson apparently. Her two year membership dues came up again for $30 and it was charged by Jacquie Lawson to a charge card that was probably lost at the memory care facility years ago. She could not use her tablet or desktop computer and has not had a phone or written checks for two years either. There is no way to contact Jacquie Lawson via phone, so numerous emails do not get a response, and why would they want to cancel a membership, even to someone deceased. User's recommendation: Don't sign up for any renewal from this company, as you cannot contact them.
