Redesign of Skype totally sucks. It's more difficult to use, isn't nearly as user-friendly, different parts of Skype just don't work sometimes, and they dropped the message greeting and force us to use a female's canned greeting and she has a British accent. I live/work from a home office Georgia, outside of Atlanta. Lately, people have complained that they've called me, but either can't leave a message or I don't pick up. I've tested the call-in thing using my iPhone, and Skype didn't ring or answer. On the 4th attempt it rang. I have used Skype for my home office phone for years - and it used to be absolutely great. Then MS bought it and ruined it. I'm looking for my replacement service now. PLUS, it seems impossible to locate the Skype support...it sucks royally.
