Update by user Apr 12, 2021 My concerns about status of prepaid balance appears to be resolved. In April, I could see on website that balance was reduced to zero and the monthly premium was charged on credit card. Never received a response from Aetna.. Original review posted by user Mar 11, 2021 Wanted to check status of my premium online. First, the site rejected my password, so I entered my ID and the site said it would take a few minutes to look me up and send an email. 30 minutes later, no email. Called the customer service and found a representative who was pleasant and gave me payment status but when I mentioned the website issue she kept telling me to log into a specific URL. After manually entering Aetnamedicare.gov/pay your premium and I received a 403 forbidden site message. After about 5 times of getting the error she could provide no other options, so I gave up. Also still no email.
