Reset password link is not opening

My name is Amoy Anicia Harris, with membership ID P2767****, and IBAN NO. BE309671****8411. I was unable to login because I forgot my password, so I received a link to my email, but the link is not opening for me to be able to reset my password. It was just loading continuously. Please help me to access my WISE account. Thanks
