I am furious with the lack of customer service. I have booked flights for the third time for my friend and her son. I called on the 6th of Febuary 2020 and requested a full refund as these flights cannot be completed due to the covid19. I received a case number on 07/02/2020 ([protected]) and then incorrect voucher numbers (previous refunds). I have just wasted 1 hour and 10 minutes on the phone and now I am only being offered a refund for taxes. Can I please have a response from someone with some authority and a brain cell. Regards
