After 4 oil consumption tests, it was determined that my car needed a new engine. My dealership, Advantage Hyundai located in Hicksville, Long Island submitted paperwork to Corporate Office and I was approved. Told to bring my car in to begin the work. I received a loaner. Got a call a few days later that the eligibility to receive a new engine had been changed AFTER I brought my car in and I was no longer eligible. Excuse me???? I was already approved! I need Hyundai to fix this mess!!!!! I have written emails and made calls. For the past nearly three weeks, I have been told that someone from Corporate Office would get back to me. Still haven't heard anything! I'm so disgusted! User's recommendation: Hyundai is being dishonest.
