My sister was travelling from Darbhanga to Surat alone on 16th of July her flight got cancelled and automatically via Delhi was rescheduled she missed her flight in Delhi and even though her baggage was in the flight she was not allowed to go in as she was late,Again while returning her flight was again rescheduled prior 3hrs she had to travel from Surat to Mumbai her tickets were already booked ,she missed her flight again.Pathetic service of SpiceJet.Would never recommend any one to travel in Spice jet even I want refund for the same as bcoz of your rescheduling she missed andhad to go by train which again cost us 4000 rs. go
