An individual left a hefty bill prior to her being evicted from property! We are now suffering the consequences! Black hills is requiring a DEED to the home to show ownership! The County building is closed due to COVID-19 by appointment only! This has been a complete nightmare! The Deed is in my sons name! As of 5-7-2019 He has not resided there since he was in middle school! Please Helpwe haven't had electricity for 4 days!
